WARNING - it is better to "Deactivate" the User so that the lookup history is retained. Clicking "Delete Selected" will result in lookups in your record with unidentified users.
To Deactivate or Delete users and do any maintenance on your account simply:
- login and click on Customer Maintenance. You will see this on the right side of your screen under Account Preferences.
Then select the user you want to deactivate or delete.
Click in the box in front of the user name and then click Deactivate Selected or Delete Selected
