The MarketValues usernames and passwords are identical to those used to access the nada.com/b2b website's "Customer Login".
1. Your username and a temporary password were emailed to the address you provided at the time the MarketValues account was opened. At that time you logged on to your account on the nada.com/b2b web-page and personalized the temporary password. You then used your username and custom password to register your wireless device with the MarketValues service. Search for that email in your Inbox or Junk mail file.
2. If you remember your username, you can attempt to login again at the nada.com/b2b web-page, and click on "Customer Login" at the top. Enter your username, and click on "Forgot Password?" located under the password input box.
The system will send a temporary password to your email address on file, and you need to use the temporary password to log into nada.com/b2b again to change it to your custom password. At this point you have a working username and password that you can use to register your wireless device to the MarketValues application, and log in to your account on nada.com/b2b. Search for that email in your Inbox or Junk mail file.
3. If you don't know your username or password, call customer service at 1-800-544-6232 between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern (M-F), and we can email your username and a temporary password to you. You will still have to login as described above to change the temporary password to your custom password before using it to to register your wireless device to the MarketValues application, and logging in to your account on nada.com/b2b. Search for that email in your Inbox or Junk mail file.
