You need to call customer support at 800.544.6232 and press 2 for customer service between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern, M-F.
You need to be a Customer Administrator in order to check your license information.
- Login and click on the Customer Maintenance tile on the Home page.
- Click on the "Licenses" menu box
- Identify the license in question, and the expiration date is found in the "Date Expires" column.
